My experiments with hyderabad city cabs, usually when there is emergency travel or multiple people to travel then we must go in a cab and it is reasonable. Some occations where you must attend the function or party which is in arranged in other part of the city then also we will look for a cab. Cabs are facilitated with diffrent package structures with different cab service providers.
How this cab system works?
Cabs are available usually in normal regular days. but when there is holiday or some event then it is very hard to get the cheapest cabs in less time. So we need to plan accordingly half day or one day before about to book a cab.

Cab booking procedure
You will call to one of the Cab service providers the call be handled by IVR+Customer Care representative. Most of the calls can be tracks from which mobile the call is coming. After checking the availability of Cabs and drivers then CSR will confirm that they can provide the cab. usually they will SMS that cab booking information that contains car number, Driver Name, Mobile Number.

Some of the cabs are running by the owners who attaches their car to one of the service providers. This business concept will be entertained when there is not enough infrastructure of cars. decrease the customer n made me to analysis on their prices and phone numbers
