Recollecting my journey as a student
Study well, study like Phanikarraj you can became Engineer! which is great honour to the family. Those days only two professions were famous, Engineer or Doctors if not Collectors. So every parents dream was one of these choices.Experiances made me to Work in variety of fields
To study Entgineering, need to study in English medium, I took it in intermediate it was really tough for me that time. My scores in Inter and Degree were worst for ever. Never had minded that scores makes impacts in future job also. Intermediate holidays I have also started learning composing in 'Saritha Art Printers', Gowligudachaman. That time we are making late night works to print the labels using one of font. The Composing work is more about practice. Proof reading is knowledge work. That work made me to understand how huge copies of books prints. After worst performance in BSc I thought of doing Goldsmith work. Started going to workshops, learnt few basic things. Making pearl sewing, making rings, moldings etc. First time I prepared notes on it :) now it is very important in every project works need to have a document, so that it can be shared with new comers easyly. After looking into many years in IT industry it looks alike in every work. That time some of the Gold works cannot be done imediately while doing training. Same in IT, production works cannot be handled by freshers because a experiance person can take more pre-cautions.One of my graduation holidays time, I went to Bhuwangiri, it is my moms home town. Where one more Engineer cusin brother working as Instructor for an institute. I observed how the things there and what things need to do etc. Then when I was out of studies after graduation. started an Institute with the name as 'Shanthi Tutorials' in the Old City Rain Bazar. Some of the people laughed at me! to make fun of me asked 'Hey you are the principal for this institute?'. The earlier learnt composing work helped me to get cheaper workout for pamplet designing. With this Institute I got two benefits I got job as School Teacher in 'Christas High School', Madannapet. The other advantage is reading for 10th class giving tutions to them, I became strong in Math and other General subjects. It is advantage to write entrance exams, passed in I-Cet, ed-cet, law-cet. Offcourse, new crazy started by bluechip company training on Computers selected 'MCA' course.
Post graduation that is MCA, given me much scope to speak to multiple people most of them admired to my handwriting and notes started taking my notes copies. In the second year my notes copied by 'Omega' Xerox center, Chadarghat. That time writing correct notes by reviewing others notes and recompiling made me famous in the college.
What Gandhiji did is the leadership.
